Vegetarian fried cold skin
Overview
A few days ago, I made a large pot of cold skin at home and ate it cold for two meals. When the remaining cold skins were placed in the refrigerator, some of them hardened and would not taste good when served cold, so I thought about frying them. Unexpectedly, the taste and texture were really good!
