  1. Peel and slice the winter melon.

  2. Cut crab-flavored mushrooms into small pieces.

  3. Chop onion, ginger, garlic, and cut red pepper into strips.

  4. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Sauté the winter melon for two minutes.

  6. Add crab-flavored mushrooms and stir-fry.

  7. Add a little salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

  8. Add half a bowl of water, cover and simmer until the winter melon is cooked.

  9. Add shredded red pepper and stir-fry until raw, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
