Raisin bread
Overview
Today I continue to make one-button bread. This time I make standard bread and add some dried raisins. I also put the ingredients in before going to work, and then unmold and slice them after I get home from get off work. The bread is relatively soft and tastes good.

Put water and eggs into bread pan.

Then put salt and sugar in the opposite corners, followed by butter cubes.

Pour in high-gluten flour and put milk powder in one corner. Make a hollow in the middle and put the yeast.

Place the bread bin into the bread machine and pour the raisins into the spout.

Select 700 grams for the weight, medium color for the roasting color, and standard bread for the program. Started at 2 hours and 4 minutes.

After baking, there is a one-hour holding time, and the program will automatically stop after the holding time is over.
