Salt fried chicken wings
Overview
I am used to eating braised chicken wings, and today’s chicken wings are back to basics. It is simple to make but the taste is not overwhelming. The chicken wings are salty and rich, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, making people love it.

Thaw chicken wings in water

Cut the skin of each chicken wing three times and cut the ginger into shreds

Add salt (15ml measuring spoon)

Add shredded ginger

Add cooking wine

Crush it evenly with your hands and marinate for 5 hours

Rinse the marinated chicken wings with water and drain

Heat oil in a pan and add chicken wings

Fry over medium heat until one side changes color, cover and simmer for about 2 minutes

Flip over and repeat the previous step until both sides of the chicken wings are golden brown and chopsticks can easily pass through the chicken wings
