Edamame noodles with crab
Overview
When I was a child, my mother would make us delicious crab noodles every autumn. We would eat it so much that we would lick the bowl clean every time. Today I am also going to make mommy's delicacy for my baby - Noodles with Crab.

Steps
-
Brush the crabs clean with a brush
-
Add water to the pot, add salt, ginger slices, and green onions and cook until the water boils for 10 minutes, then remove the crabs. In fact, crabs are difficult to handle when they are alive. It is easier to boil them
-
Break open the crab and remove the stomach, intestines and other inedible parts inside
-
Take two small bowls, put flour in one and beat the eggs in the other
-
Break the crab apart from the middle and dip it in the egg liquid
-
Add half a bowl of salad oil to the pot, heat it up and then turn down the heat. Dip the crabs in egg liquid and then coat them in flour
-
Put it in the pot and fry slowly
-
After putting all the crabs into the pot, slowly stir and continue frying for 10 minutes. Finally, pour in the beer and continue cooking the edamame
-
Finally, pour the remaining egg liquid into the flour, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and mix well
-
When only 1/3 of the water in the pot is left, pour the batter and slowly stir. When the batter is almost dry, remove from the pot. Noodle crab doesn't look like much, but anyone who tastes it will never forget it.
