How to cook Lotus root cake at home

First cut some minced meat + salt, pepper, wine and oil and marinate for a while
The same goes for slicing lotus root into shreds and then chopping carrots
You can also add some leftover rice and it’s delicious
Then put some flour or starch together to make it sticky so that it can stick together and put the ball in the pot
When one side is ready, flip it over and bite into it. It’s crunchy and delicious
