Sweet and Sour Short Ribs
Overview
Today I am going to give you one of my favorite dishes. The thin ribs are combined with my favorite sour and sweet taste. It tastes delicious. Everyone should learn from it.

Boil the pork ribs in a pot under cold water and add 2 slices of ginger to remove the fishy smell.

Heat the electric hot pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add rock sugar, and stir-fry the sugar color. (The fire should be low)

After the sugar color is cooked, add the blanched pork ribs and stir-fry evenly.

Add ginger slices, green onion segments, and garlic cloves.

Add hot water to cover the ribs.

Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and mature vinegar to taste.

Cook until the pork ribs reduce juice, remove the ginger slices, green onion segments and garlic cloves. Add the fried white sesame seeds. If you feel it is not sour enough, you can add a little vinegar to taste appropriately. Lift the pot.
