Before preparing the dish, we first soak the dry rice noodles in hot water until soft. This process takes about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the dry rice noodles you choose.

Dry rice noodles are generally translucent, and the soaked rice noodles should be white and opaque.

Chicken breast itself is thick and can be easily transformed into slices by cutting it directly into strips. Here is a simple tutorial for slicing chicken breast into strips. ——Place the chicken breast flat and cut it across the middle without cutting the other side of the cut point.

After the rice noodles are almost soaked, we can start stir-frying. Heat oil over high heat, add sliced chicken breasts, add a little black pepper and sea salt, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the chicken turns golden.
