Braised crucian carp with shimeji mushrooms

Prepare the main ingredients, shred and slice ginger, and slice green onions

Cut the crucian carp into three diagonal cuts on both sides, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, add green onions and shredded ginger and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash the shimeji mushrooms and tear them into two halves for easy flavoring
