Fried rice dumplings
Overview
My mother has been making big meat rice dumplings since I was a snack. In the past, when I was a child, my mother would only make rice dumplings during the Chinese New Year. Now, as long as I want to eat them, I can make them anytime. Nowadays, you can buy it outside at any time. As long as I think the rice dumplings made by my mother are the most delicious, especially the fried rice dumplings, they are my favorite! In my family, my dad, brother, and I are happy with whatever we have, and we can eat as much as we want.

These are big rice dumplings made by my mother. I cut them into pieces and froze them for storage. I took them out to thaw first

The knife is wet and cut into 4 pieces
