Potato and Sausage Braised Rice
Overview
I made potato and sausage stewed rice for lunch today. I used Hunan sausage. It was a little spicy and I almost couldn’t eat it after cooking it!

My family only has Hunan sausages, but I actually prefer the Cantonese style

Cut the sausage into small pieces and marinate with cooking wine for a while

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic slices until fragrant

Add the sausage slices and stir-fry

Add potato cubes and stir-fry

Add some salt to taste

Add soy sauce
-
Add some sugar
-
Cook rice in the rice cooker as usual

After boiling, add potatoes and sausage and simmer together
-
When the water in the rice is almost dry, add the cooked green beans and complete the cooking process again

After the program is finished, stir well and it is ready to eat. You can also add some chicken essence and lard to make it taste better
