A very refreshing dish. The tomatoes in the picture were originally intended to be used as flower decorations, but I was so busy that I forgot about them and didn’t use them

Huaishan, carrots, lettuce, peeled, shiitake mushrooms, washed and drained

Cut yam, carrots, lettuce and mushrooms into chopstick-thick strips, marinate with a little salt for five minutes

Blanch green onions in boiling water until soft, then cut into two halves with a knife

Put two pieces each of yam, lettuce, mushrooms, and carrots, place them on the green onion strips, and tie them with the green onions.

Chop the millet pepper, top with light soy sauce, and add some fried white sesame seeds to make a salty, spicy and fresh dipping sauce

Tie the yam, lettuce, mushrooms, carrots, and the onions with the knots facing down. Place them on a plate, steam them over high heat for five minutes, and then you're done.
