Stir-fried lentils
Overview
Lentils contain a variety of vitamins and minerals. Regular consumption can strengthen the spleen and stomach and increase appetite. Eating more lentils in summer has the functions of digestion and mouth clearing.

Remove old stems from lentils

Wash, drain, and cut into small pieces

Chop garlic cloves and green peppers and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute until fragrant
