Brown Sugar Flaxseed Tart
Overview
Suddenly it occurred to me that I had not made pie for some time, so I told my baby that Mommy was going to make pie and what kind of filling he wanted to eat. In fact, I knew that he would definitely say he wanted to eat brown sugar pie, but I still asked him, and sure enough he said he wanted to eat brown sugar pie. After lunch the next day, I prepared the fillings for the two kinds of pies early, mixed the dough, and asked his sister to pick him up during kindergarten time. I started making pancakes. By the time they got home, two pots of chives, dried fresh meat pies, and a pot of brown sugar flaxseed pies had just finished frying. Here I am specifically talking about the filling of brown sugar and flaxseed pie. Too much sugar is not good and too much oil is greasy, so the ratio of flaxseed, brown sugar and butter is 2:1:0.5. When making pancakes, less oil is used, and the color is a little worse, but health and deliciousness are the most important thing.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the filling first. Mix flaxseed powder, brown sugar, and butter in a ratio of about 2:1:0.5. If there is no butter, lard can be used instead.
-
Crush brown sugar into powder, mix with flaxseed meal, then pour in melted butter over water.
-
After adding the butter, stir the filling evenly until it is neither dry nor wet.
-
The stuffing is ready, it’s time to knead the dough. Soak the yeast in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes.
-
Make a well in the middle of the flour, pour the yeast water into it, and mix the dough.
-
Knead the dough and let it rest for fermentation.
-
After 40 minutes the dough will rise until doubled in size.
-
Sprinkle a layer of flour on a cutting board in advance, knead and deflate the fermented dough, and then divide it into dough balls of the same size.
-
Roll the dough into sheets.
-
Spoon the filling over the dough.
-
Close the mouth and flatten it.
-
Brush oil on a waterless frying pan, heat it, add the prepared pie embryo, fry over warm fire until one side is golden brown, turn over and continue frying until golden brown.
-
Okay, the cake is out of the pan, let’s get started. I have never been a big fan of eating oily foods. After having a baby, I paid more attention to my diet, so the pancakes used less oil and looked white and in bad condition. However, health and deliciousness are the most important thing.
