Pan-fried cumin hairtail fish
Overview
Our family likes to eat hairtail very much. We used to braise it in braised sauce. After joining Tianxia Gourmet, I liked their fried hairtail very much. I tried making it today. My family said it was delicious.

Pack up the hairtail, wipe dry, cut into pieces and set aside

Marinate the hairtail with shredded ginger, salt, sugar and rice wine for about 10 minutes

Coat the marinated hairtail with cornstarch. Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the hairtail fish segments

Fry until both sides are golden brown, take out and place on kitchen paper to absorb oil

Then sprinkle cumin powder and serve.
