Pumpkin, Sweet Potato and Bean Buns
Overview
Yesterday I cooked pumpkins, sweet potatoes, and carrots, and there were two pieces of pumpkin and two small sweet potatoes left. Today I fermented them in flour and steamed them into bean buns. They were surprisingly delicious. Sweet and noisy. It looks festive, tastes delicious, and is easy to make.
