Pomfret is my favorite sea fish to eat. It is easy to cook and has few spines. The meat is also very tender!

Remove the internal organs from the pomfret, wash and set aside!

Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% hot. Fry the pomfret until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside!

Heat the oil in a pan, add the bean paste, ginger slices, minced garlic, and chili pepper segments and stir-fry until fragrant

Add an appropriate amount of water to boil, add a little chicken powder to the fried pomfret, and boil for three minutes
