Tinker Bell’s favorite---Dorayaki
Overview
This Dorayaki with red bean paste is really similar in texture to the one I had in Japan. The soft egg pancake with red bean paste filling is really lovely. I mainly think that in the morning, children can have two dorayakis and a glass of milk. It is really nutritious and delicious. Children who like Tinkerbells will probably eat more. Nutrition in the morning needs to be very comprehensive, but children don’t have a very good appetite in the morning. I believe that my Dorayaki with bean paste and milk can nourish the baby.

Steps

I like to prepare all the ingredients every time I’m going to make snacks, and then make them leisurely.
-
My eggs are a little loose and yellow, but it doesn't affect it. It will be troublesome if you are making chiffon cakes and finger biscuits.
-
At the same time, you can sift the low-gluten flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside
-
Add the sugar into the egg mixture three times and beat three times
-
It seems that it needs to be whipped to have the texture of cream, but I find it difficult to whip whole eggs. Can any sisters passing by tell me how to do it
-
Sift the flour and sift into the beaten egg liquid
-
You can only stir up and down and left and right, not in circles, as this will defoaming and the egg cake will not be very soft. Then set it aside and let it rest for half an hour
-
Add oil to the pan over low heat. No oil is needed. Pour the batter into it and wait patiently
-
Place the wrong side up into the plate
-
Form into similar sized cakes
-
At this time, you can wrap the bean paste in it. Since the bean paste was made before, I didn’t take pictures of the details
-
It looks very soft. If you like it, you can also make it with matcha flavor, which can be even more delicious.
