Dice green and red peppers, dice onions
-
Cut green onions into sections and slice ginger. Chop green onion leaves and set aside
-
Cut fresh pork ribs into sections and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add pork ribs and stir-fry, add cooking wine and Laoganma flavored black bean sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
-
The stock that is poured in to cover the ribs must be boiled stock. In this case, the ribs will be cooked easily after a while and then add the green onions, ginger slices and peppercorns. Boil over high heat

Bring to a simmer. Stir-fry the pork ribs frequently to avoid burning them. When the pork ribs are almost cooked, use high heat to reduce the juices of the green and red peppers and onions
