Tomato Sauce Shredded Potatoes
Overview
Potatoes and tomatoes have always been my favorites. Since my son went to study in a foreign country, my husband and I have reached a consensus on body control. We only cook two dishes for each lunch, and we each order one. Today, my husband ordered beef stew with carrots, and I ordered potatoes with tomato sauce. Thinking about it, these two dishes go very well with white rice. No wonder I kept forgetting the moves when dancing this morning. I had been thinking about these two dishes for lunch! Especially my shredded potatoes with tomato sauce...
