Purple potato buns, red bean buns, soy milk
Overview
Make two flavors of steamed buns and soy milk for dinner. They were posted together. Purple potato filling is even more delicious than red bean filling. The steamed buns that have just come out of the pan must be carefully boiled with the purple sweet potato filling. The quantities made today are: six purple sweet potato buns, six red bean buns, and two liters of soy milk.

Steps
-
After washing the soybeans, soak them in water.
-
Yeast powder and a spoonful of honey.
-
Add a little water and mix well.
-
Add flour. Add water while stirring until it forms flakes.
-
Knead it a little. Cover and let rise for ten minutes.
-
Then knead again until the dough is smooth.
-
Cover and let rise until doubled in size. There is an interlude in the middle. 😁😁The noodles haven’t risen even after being placed for two hours. It may be that the yeast powder has expired because it has not been used for too long. I bought yeast powder again, added a small spoonful of water and mixed it thoroughly, then added flour, mixed it, and kneaded it into a small dough. Then knead the small dough into the large dough. Within an hour, the dough has risen. This is a great remedy if you are in the same situation.
-
Steam the purple sweet potatoes and sift.
-
Over low heat, add sugar and oil, stir until the sugar melts.

I have published the detailed method of making purple sweet potato puree separately today. Because there are a lot of steps today, I won’t go into details.
-
Place soybeans and water on the bottom of the pressure cooker.

The beans are cooking over there, and the noodles are ready here.
-
There are many honeycombs.
-
Put some flour on the cutting board to prevent sticking. Divide into two portions.
-
Cut into 12 pieces.
-
Wrap with purple sweet potato puree.
-
Wrap with red beans.
-
Put water in steamer. When the bread is done, cover it. Leave for another 30 minutes to ferment again.
-
Add sugar and puree the soybeans. If there is little water when cooking beans, you can add freshly boiled water.
-
The beaten soy milk is very thick.
-
The fragrance is fragrant and the taste is delicate.

Bring to a boil over high heat and steam over low heat for 15 minutes.

It was too hot, so the photo is not clear.

Very soft outside. The inside is sweet, soft and delicate. It looks cool outside, but it's hot inside, so be careful!
