Chives and Pork Dumplings
Overview
I went to the vegetable market today and saw that leeks were very fresh, so I bought a handful. When I got home, I took out the meat filling and the dumplings were delicious. As the saying goes, dumplings are not as delicious as dumplings, and they are not as comfortable as lying upside down. It really makes sense. After eating the dumplings, it is really happy to lie down on the sofa and take a nap. I also like dumplings very much. Every time I make them, I make a lot of them at once. After they are done, I freeze them in the refrigerator and take them out when it is time to eat. They can be steamed, boiled, or fried, depending on your taste. They are very good.
