Wash the pork belly with flour and salt. Cut the belly tip into pieces and add flour, cola, light soy sauce, and oil to marinate.

Add tea leaves to the non-tip tip and cook in a high-pressure cooker until cooked, then cut into pieces.

Heat the pot, add oil and fry the green onion leaves to make green onion oil.

Oil the tip of the belly and set aside. Clean the pot, add scallion oil, add scallion stems and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add tripe tips, pepper and chili powder and stir-fry until seven or eight times cooked. Add non-tripe tips, season and stir-fry until cooked.

Thicken with sesame oil, take out of the pan and serve on a plate.
