It’s chestnut season again, so I came up with a little trick to peel the chestnuts easily. I haven’t tried it yet, so I don’t know. In fact, it tastes better if it is steamed first and then grilled.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.

  2. Soak the chestnuts in water and set aside.

  6. After steaming, it will look like the picture. The shell is very good. Add a teaspoon of lemon paste. (If you don’t have lemon paste, you can also use honey)
