Soak in water for more than 10 hours and rinse.

Let dry.

Cut the dried squid into thin strips.

Shred ginger and slice garlic, set aside.

Cut the white radish into strips, use salt to remove the moisture, then wash to remove the salt and squeeze dry.

Cut carrots into strips.

Heat oil in a pan, add radish and fry first. When it is 7 minutes cooked, add dried squid. While frying, add salt and pepper.
