Dragon fruit yogurt jelly
Overview
I bought some red pitayas in a group purchase a few days ago. After eating two, I felt that it would be a shame not to try out some desserts for such a gorgeous fruit. It’s a hot summer day, so just pair it with yogurt to make a layered jelly. There is no technical content in the production process, as long as you have enough patience.

-
Peel the dragon fruit and cut the flesh into pieces.
-
Puree the dragon fruit in a blender.
-
Add appropriate amount of purified water and sugar to dragon fruit puree, totaling 200 grams. (You don’t need to add sugar if the dragon fruit is sweet enough)
-
Melt the soaked gelatine sheets over water and divide into two equal portions.
-
Pour the yogurt into a portion of the gelatine and mix well.
-
Pour the dragon juice into the other gelatine liquid and stir evenly.
-
Pour the yogurt liquid or dragon fruit liquid into about one-third of the height of the bottle and place it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
-
Take out the pudding bottle, pour another color of liquid into the bottle to two-thirds of the height, and place it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
-
Pour a liquid that is different in color from the second layer into the pudding bottle and refrigerate until solid before serving.
