  1. Thaw fish steaks in running water.

  2. Slice lemon and slice ginger.

  3. Put the fish fillets in a bowl, add cooking wine, cornstarch, salt, and lemon and marinate for half an hour.

  5. Dip the marinated fish fillets into the egg wash.
