Spicy Konjac Chicken
Overview
I bought konjac today. I haven’t eaten konjac for a long time. Few friends in the north know what konjac is. The most they know about is konjac shreds, and there are very few sold in the north. Today I’m going to talk about one of my favorite dishes, what is konjac. Konjac is very common in my hometown. Everyone likes to eat konjac stir-fried with sauerkraut and cold konjac. It tastes better and is not brittle. The key is that it is also a good food for losing weight!

Dice chicken breast.
