Almond toast
Overview
To prepare for breakfast, bake a big piece of toast. I love the smell of baked bread and the aroma that fills the house. Pair it with fried bacon and eggs, add some lettuce, a glass of milk or a glass of soy milk, and you have a nutritious and healthy breakfast!

Knead all ingredients except butter for 20 minutes in a bread machine. When starting the bread machine again, add butter cubes and continue kneading for 20 minutes

The kneaded dough is fermented until doubled in size

After the dough is deflated, divide it into three small portions and let it rest for 10 minutes

Stretch the small portion into three parts and braid it into a braid

Place in a toast box and ferment twice until doubled in size

Brush the risen bread dough with an appropriate amount of egg yolk liquid and sprinkle with almond slices
