Cut the tofu into thin slices of uniform size and arrange them neatly on a plate.

Among them, the crushed tofu can be placed in the center to make the base, and the preserved eggs can be placed in the middle. Preserved eggs can be cut with thread, so that the center of the egg will not be scattered. Friends who like to eat dried radish can sprinkle some dried radish (cut into small pieces) on the tofu.
