Stir-fried carrots with oyster mushrooms
Overview
All kinds of mushrooms are welcome, including oyster mushrooms. The plump oyster mushrooms are stir-fried with carrots. Although it is a vegetarian stir-fry, it tastes great. Low in oil and fat, a very healthy and delicious dish.

Wash the oyster mushrooms and break them into small florets, blanch them in a pot, take them out and drain them

Wash the carrots and cut into slices

Heat the oil in a pan, put the carrots into the pan and drain the oil and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan again, stir-fry onions and ginger until fragrant, add oyster mushrooms and carrots to the pan and stir-fry
