Kuaishou version of leek box
Overview
I used the leftover spring roll wrappers from the last time I made spring rolls to make leek boxes today. It’s simple, quick, and delicious. A nutritious breakfast is easy to make with a box of leeks, 1 boiled corn, 1 bowl of multigrain porridge, and half a cup of milk.

Take the spring roll wrappers out of the freezer in advance

Chopped leeks

Take 1 egg and beat it with appropriate amount of salt

Take 1 spring roll wrapper and spread an appropriate amount of leeks on the spring roll wrapper

Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the leeks

Take another piece of spring roll wrapper and cover it with your hands. Because of the egg liquid, the two spring roll wrappers are glued together by pressing lightly.

After the pan is hot, brush a layer of oil, add the leek box, and fry over medium-low heat

Fry both sides until golden brown
