Homemade black pepper steak
Overview
Because my husband likes steak very much, and the steaks outside don’t feel very good. I used to buy semi-finished steaks online, but later I heard that the meat is not real meat, so I bought beef tenderloin and tried it myself. Unexpectedly, it tasted super delicious, healthy and delicious.

Steps
-
Wash the purchased tenderloin, wash it several times, remove the blood and water, and make the meat look a little white. Control the moisture (you can also use kitchen paper to dry it), and lay it flat on a pressing board.
-
Use the back of a knife to pat the beef apart. I pat it horizontally, vertically and diagonally, and then pat it again on the opposite side.
-
I cut a total of 11 slices here. You can ask the boss to cut it for you when you buy it, or you can come back and cut it yourself, put it in a basin and add onions, ginger, and garlic
-
Add black pepper, rice wine, light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and five-spice powder and mix well.
-
Evenly add the seasoning to each piece and pour in olive oil. This will make the steak more tender and not burnt when seared.
-
Add olive oil to the pan and fry for 30 seconds on each side. When cooked, fry for 10 seconds if you want it to be fully cooked.
