Ingredients

Steps

  1. Wash duck wings

  2. Cut the duck wings into appropriate sizes

  3. First add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and oil and stir evenly, then add cornstarch and stir evenly. Put it in the refrigerator to marinate for about half an hour or more. You can marinate it for half a day to get more flavor.

  4. Prepare ginger and cut into small pieces

  5. Prepare the perilla and cut it into small pieces. Use half of the thicker ones during cooking and add the other half when it is ready.

  6. Without oil, put the duck wings into the wok over medium heat and fry until the skin edges are a little browned

  7. Add ginger slices and half of the perilla and stir-fry briefly. Add water to just cover the duck wings. After the water boils, cover and simmer over low heat for about half an hour

  8. When the juice is almost reduced, add the remaining half of the perilla, stir-fry until the juice is reduced, and then put it on a plate

  9. Done, let’s eat!
