"One Green and Two White" - Nutrient Soup
Overview
Everyone must be surprised when they see the name of this soup. Why is it named this? I thought of green onions mixed with tofu, pure and white. The soup I made today contains white radish, tofu, and cabbage, two white colors and one green vegetable, so I chose this one pure and two white. Tofu, radish, and cabbage all have their own preferences, but today I just put them together to make a very nutritious soup, which is also the first time I make it.

Prepare ingredients.

Shred the white radish, shred the cabbage leaves, mince the ginger and green onion.
