Wash the kelp and soak it for more than half an hour.

Peel the white radish and cut into thick slices, and cut the apple into large chunks.

Place kombu, daikon and apple in a soup pot and add water.

After the fire comes to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for two hours.

Sprinkle in the bonito flowers and simmer until warm.

Take out the white radish, heat the oil in a pan, add the stewed white radish and fry over medium heat, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a little salt to taste.
