Moon Baby Cartoon Cookies
Overview
Over the weekend, I gave my baby a cute and creative baked work [Moon Baby] that I can’t help but fall in love with. On Saturday night, the baby went to bed obediently, singing a lullaby and rocking, rocking, rocking. My baby wants to sleep, sleep, sleep, sleep, baby needs to sleep... Watching the baby fall asleep obediently makes me feel a sense of ordinary happiness. On Sunday, while taking my children at home, I taught them how to make cookies, and what I made was this cute moon baby. I packed them in small packages and asked my children to take them back to kindergarten to share with their classmates. My children were very excited to go to school today, haha.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Melt the butter over water (use this method to soften butter in winter, in summer it only needs to be softened at room temperature).
-
Then put it into rapid cooling and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. It can be taken out as soon as it returns to a solid state.
-
Add 55 grams of powdered sugar and beat with an electric whisk until white and fluffy.
-
Then add the whole egg liquid in two batches, beating until completely combined each time before adding the next time.
-
Then add 10 grams of blueberry jam and stir evenly.
-
Sift in cake flour and milk powder.
-
Knead into a smooth dough.
-
Put into a large thickened plastic bag and roll into 3mm thick slices.
-
Put it in the baking pan, then put it in the quench layer to freeze for 15 minutes to let the dough harden, then take it out.
-
Use the moon stencil to stamp out the model. At the same time, heat up and down to 160 degrees, and preheat the oven on the middle shelf.
-
Place on a baking sheet lined with absorbent paper or silicone mat. Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Pay attention to the later stages of baking and take it out when the surface turns golden brown. Cool it after taking it out of the oven and set aside.
-
Add 260 grams of powdered sugar in batches to 40 grams of egg white (the amount of egg white of a large egg), and beat until the lines do not disappear. This frosting can be used to draw lines. Dilute it with lemon juice until the frosting patterns disappear after a while, and then it can be used for coloring. At the same time, prepare the required white, yellow, red icing and melt a small piece of black chocolate to prepare the picture.
-
Use white thick frosting to outline the outline of the moon. The lines should be as smooth as possible.
-
Use the prepared yellow sugar paste to fill in the background color of the moon. Wait for the yellow sugar paste to dry before proceeding to the next step of decoration.
-
Use red thin icing sugar to make a hat, and then use white thick icing sugar to outline the edge of the hat.
-
Then use thick white icing to decorate the hat with white dots.
-
Then use a toothpick, dip it in chocolate sauce and draw an expression on it.
-
Finally, adjust the thick light pink frosting and draw on the moon’s face!
-
After the frosting is dry, put it in beautiful packaging bags and give it to the children. It’s so cute~
