Fungus mixed with spinach
Overview
Fungus is really a good ingredient. It can be fried, stewed, made into soup or stuffed. Today, I used seasonal spinach and fungus to make a side dish of cold salad, spicy and sour, refreshing and appetizing~~

Ingredients: Soak fungus in advance, spinach, garlic, chopped pepper

Peel the garlic and mash it into minced garlic. Wash the spinach and cut into large pieces.

Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, boil the fungus for 2 minutes, take it out and let it cool (cool the water in summer).

Blanch spinach

Squeeze out the water from the blanched spinach and put it into a bowl together with the fungus

Add chopped pepper, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, sugar, umami soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt

Add some cooked sesame seeds
