Chicken with Oyster Sauce and Straw Mushrooms

The straw mushrooms taste very fresh, and paired with chicken thighs and oyster sauce, it has a really good taste.

Prepare washed ingredients. Slice straw mushrooms and carrots and set aside.

Remove the bones from the chicken thighs and remove the chicken. (Don’t throw away the bones, keep the cooked soup to make stock), then cut the chicken into pieces and mix well with light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, a little oil and starch.

Heat the pan, pour in the oil, and add the marinated chicken oil. Don't flip it immediately, fry it briefly and then fry it so that the chicken is very tender.

Heat a clean pot, add shredded ginger and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the sliced straw mushrooms and carrot slices and stir-fry until cooked through.

Pour in the smooth chicken.

Add salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly before serving.
