Wash the fish and cut into thick slices about 1cm thick and place on a plate

Mince ginger and green onion, cut dry chili into sections and set aside

Add rice wine, salt, chicken essence, MSG, chopped green onion and ginger, salad oil to the packed fish, and put a prepared green onion knot on the fish
