Marinate the meat slices with dark soy sauce, five-spice powder, salt water and starch for one hour

Sauté ginger, garlic and chili pepper in oil pan

Stir-fry the ginger until fragrant, push it to one side, add the meat and stir-fry. There is no need to season the meat after it has been marinated
