Boil the pork belly and cut into evenly sized cubes

Stir-fry the pork belly until golden brown. Add in appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry until the color turns brown. Mix well

Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and mix well

Place the casserole in a casserole and add an appropriate amount of boiling water to grate the pork belly

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes

Add dried beans soaked in appropriate amount of salt, garlic and red pepper and simmer for 20 minutes
