A house made of biscuits has been my dream since I was a child. Every Christmas I see a bakery with a Christmas gingerbread house. It’s very beautiful. I’ve always wanted to own one. This year, I made one myself to fulfill my childhood dream.

The dough will shrink as it moves. Place the cut dough on the baking sheet and prick the top with a fork. Then brush it with egg wash. Egg liquid is made by mixing eggs with a small amount of water. It’s okay not to paint it at night. The purpose of painting it with egg wash is to make the house brighter. Then let the dough brushed with egg wash relax. Place in the preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 8 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to the size of your cookies.

   

6. 6 Bake all required parts in batches. Set aside and wait for the cookies to cool.

   

7. 7 grams of egg white, add 250 grams of powdered sugar, then mix evenly with a whisk. After it is evenly mixed, add 10 grams of lemon juice and stir evenly. The icing is done. If the frosting is too thick, add more lemon juice, if it's thin, add powdered sugar. Take charge yourself. The frosting for the binding agent should be thicker. Decorative icing should be thinner.

   

8. 8 Start building the house, smear icing on the large cookie base, build the four sides of the house first, then the roof, and then install the door and chimney. You need to wait for the icing to dry before the house can be fixed. You can use thread to help a little bit.
