I went to several supermarkets but didn't see "Brussels sprouts". I looked it up on the computer and found out it was cabbage. The Chinese name Brussels sprouts is also known as baby cabbage, baby cabbage, sprout cabbage, and sprouts

Cabbage, crispy sausage, black fungus, cut in advance.

Heat oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, add cabbage and stir-fry.
