1. 1 Prepare ingredients: vermicelli, minced meat and onion, ginger and garlic

   

2. 2 Vermicelli is usually dry food, so you need to cook the vermicelli first. If time permits, you can soak it in warm water before cooking

   

3. 3 After cooking, take out the vermicelli and rinse it twice in cold water, otherwise it will stick together

   

4. 4 Then put the minced ginger, onion, garlic and minced meat into the pot one by one. When the minced meat is fried, take out the vermicelli and stir-fry together. It is best to use chopsticks to mix when frying, because the vermicelli is easy to tangle together.

   

5. 5 Then add soy sauce, salt and MSG to taste and serve quickly
