Two crucian carp

Lee Kum Kee Braised Sauce Lee Kum Kee Steamed Fish with Black Bean Sauce I have been loving these two seasonings lately

Haitian Doubanjiang is not too salty

Use more fried fish than usual for stir-frying

Almost fry, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and saute with remaining oil until fragrant

Add the sauce and sauté until fragrant

Add a bowl of water and stew

Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes

After finishing, sprinkle with chopped green onions and taste it, it’s delicious~
