The more you eat, the better it tastes - Ala Bang
Overview
I made Ala stick according to Junzhi's recipe. It is a hard teething stick. It is crunchy, hard and fragrant. It suits the taste of my children and me. I just pinched one and finished it in two days. I made more than double the amount this time, and it was even harder than last time. I was lazy and omitted the step of brushing the egg wash. The noodles were too hard and could not be twisted into twists. It looks like a copycat version of a small family workshop, but the taste is not a copycat at all. Hehe... the taste is really good~~ Friends who like to eat hard, highly recommended! !

Ingredients
Steps
-
Heat and melt the butter, mix well with the caster sugar, and add an egg.
-
Mix eggs, butter and sugar evenly.
-
Add the second egg and mix well.
-
Add milk powder and stir evenly (this step is added by yourself and is not included in the original recipe).
-
Add flour and knead the dough until it rests for half an hour.
-
Roll into thin slices and cut into long strips. I forgot to take a photo the second time, so I used the photo from the first time and cut it into thin strips.
-
Twist into twists and place on baking sheet and grill. The twists are too difficult to twist, so some are omitted.
-
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. In the middle, switch positions of the baking sheet and grill.
-
The baked teething stick is very beautiful.

The first time I baked it, it was chopped finer than this time and the baking time was shorter. There was a lot of unmelted fine sugar in it.
