Bean dregs meatballs
Overview
In fact, bean dregs can be put to good use, have a unique taste, and are very healthy, so why throw them away directly! The original plan was to cook it in a pot, but after it was fried, it was eaten as a snack (๑•.•๑)

Crush the steamed buns (it will make the meatballs more fluffy)

Chop green onions (chives picked directly from the garden>o<)

Add appropriate seasonings, stir and set aside

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat until 60% hot and start

Squeeze the meatballs into the oil pan and keep the heat low, otherwise they will burn quickly

Fry until golden and take out
