Steamed Egg with Minced Pork
Overview
From the time when my daughter introduced complementary foods until she was 4 years old, her cooking oil has always been olive oil. Growing up, her favorite was steamed eggs. After she was 1 year old, the steamed eggs had to be covered with vegetables, otherwise she would be very unhappy. The steamed egg I made today is really suitable for babies. It has a smooth texture and is so simple that it melts in your mouth. Babies under 1 year old can do whatever they want without covering the minced meat, grind the minced meat into finer pieces, or replace it with other favorite dishes~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Crack the eggs into the bowl
-
Add 1 tsp of salt
-
Add 1 cup of warm water (around 30 degrees, you can also use cold water), stir evenly
-
Strain it once and use a spoon to skim off the foam
-
Put it into a bowl, cover it with high-temperature plastic wrap, and poke several small holes with a toothpick
-
Put it in a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and steam for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. The watered eggs are ready. This is a steamed egg. The surface will tremble slightly when shaken (there will be marks where the plastic wrap touches)
-
When steaming eggs, first shred the pork and chop the green onions, then chop with a knife and combine
-
Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp starch and mix to make the paste
-
Put an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, add minced meat and stir-fry
-
Add 1 spoon of soup water, add 1-2 drops of dark soy sauce for color, and stir-fry the minced meat until cooked
-
Cover the watery eggs with minced meat and juice
-
For babies under 1 year old, you don’t need minced meat, it’s still delicious just eating it
