Wash hairtail and cut into sections;

Peel the garlic and chop into puree;

Put the hairtail, minced garlic, salt and wine into the plate, then pour in water until the hairtail is covered, and soak for 2 hours;

Drain the hairtail fish and coat with a layer of starch;

Pour in the peanuts and cook until cooked;

Add the hairtail and fry until golden brown on both sides. Finally, add the minced garlic and fry it, then sprinkle it on top of the hairtail.
